Lil Jon Owns World's Largest Diamond Pendant
The Guinness Book of World Records has just added Rapper LIL’ JON as the owner of the largest diamond pendant ever. The hip-hop star’s, “Crunk Aint Dead” pendant is 7.5 inches (19 centimeters) tall, six inches (15.2 centimeters) wide, and one inch (2.5 centimeters) thick. It weighs almost 12 pounds (5.4 kilograms) and features 73 carats of diamonds – with 3,756 round-cut white diamonds encrusted in 18-karat yellow and white gold. The diamond pendant has been valued at about $500,000 .

This is just a sad example of a brother trying to express himself with materialism about another rappers belief that "Hip Hop is Dead". That money could have been put to better use, to show the world that hip hop is very much alive and maturing and growing. It's his money, but my opinion. I'm out.

I'm not saying that he shouldn't spend the money that he earned on what he wants to buy, but I think that before he went and spent all that money one the "bling" around his neck and in his mouth that he at least should have had his yellow teeth whitened just a bit...why spend all that money on platinum teeth when your natural teeth look like gold? This is the biggest display of stupidity I have ever seen. Hey how about you take care of your own instead of being weighed down into a great big nothing. WHO CARES! No shelter, no food, no love, NO VALUE! I guess you can beat someone with it! Perhaps it can stop a bullet. Diamonds are a controlled market. One of the worlds most common gems. People are dieing of hunger and lil jon is spending .5 of a million dollars on a chain.
He's not only hurting society by his actions but also gives a poor reputation of his people by protraying them as illiterate, stupid, wild and crazy, smokers and drinkers, and women abusers. It sickens me where our society is heading and the huge influence lil jon has on the youth and young adults.

While I wouldn't buy something that tackey for myself, Lil Jon made his money off people buying into his Crunk lifestyle and he has the right to promote it any way he sees fit. How many of his detractors have thought that if this thing is used to promote his records it could be a legitimate deduction when tax time comes. Further all the plublicit the thing is getting is probably helping keep his name on the radio. But on the other hand it could have been an honest communications mistake between Lil Jon and his jeweler. Lord knows you can;t understand a word the brother says, perhaps he only wanted it this big but between the grunts it just got supersized. Yes he's ignant, he cant talk, his looks leave much to be desired but let's remember that boy is truly living the american dream. Only in America

With many regrets, I feel it in my best interest to state that most of the people supporting the ill-advised purchase of such an obvious cry for help, have not the intellegence to form proper sentences or the use of punctuation in their posts. I for one believe that if you want to make an impact on some one you should do it with intelligence, not stupidity. Lil Jon has money, this is obvious, but what is he lacking that he has to display his beliefs on a necklace that costs more than some people's houses. All the people in the hood, living in povery in subsadised housing, are the ones supporting this artist. Blame them.
