There Is A Rat In The New York Diamond District

As if the New York City Diamond District where I work isn't already interesting enough, its just become even more bizzare.

Tourists who flock to our diamond and jewelry district located between 5 and 6 avenues and 44 - 48 streets will experience a cacophony of sites and sounds, with jewelers, brokers and major bling-bling all vying and competing for your attention.

Now there is something else too.

A huge RAT!

For the past several weeks this ugly rat has dominated the diamond district (46 street between 5 and 6 avenues) where it stands adjacent to a building renovation in progress (something about an unhappy labor union...).

I snapped this picture for you!
