This is not what the Tiffany novo looks like. It is a cushion cut diamond with small diamonds all around the band.

You are right and wrong!
Tiffany offers both options.
There is an accent ring like the one you reference (we replicate that one as well) and there is this solitaire.
Check their website for confirmation.
