This type of diamond may be okay for personal use to remember a loved one but not to give as a Valentine's Day gift!

Wonder if you can pick the part of your loved one you want to keep and carry around? What part would you keep from your lover? Brain,heart or woohoo? lol Warped mind I know but I have alot of fun in my head rather I'm by my self or no one else is with me.
